Whether you’re seeking access to nearby outdoor activities or a snow-filled winter wonderland, this home can be your escape. Access is ideal for hiking at Red Canyon, Zion, Bryce or Cedar Peaks. Surrounded by natural green beauty, up to eight guests will enjoy the quiet solitude offered here.
As you approach the rustic exterior, you enter Casa Verde on the main floor with an open concept layout. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook up excellent meals for your family or friends. It includes stainless steel products like the convection oven, microwave oven, coffee grinder and maker, and reverse osmosis water filter to provide the freshest drinking water. Kitchen gadgets are provided for your use, as well as a variety of spices. The cozy fireplace is located in the center of the home to equally heat the floor and warm everyone from the dining room table to those snuggled up on the couch

The upstairs bedrooms are a restful way to end your day, a total of three bedrooms with two full beds and two Queen beds and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a balcony that opens up to breathtaking landscape of the nature around you, with a table and chairs perfect for sipping your morning coffee. Down the hall, the room with two full beds is great for kids or friends that find the nostalgia in a sleepover. The last room has another Queen bed and includes double nightstands and lamps for every guest’s comfort.
Everyday technological comforts will make your stay even more convenient, including 50 mpbs wireless internet, a 65” smart tv with Hulu Live TV and Netflix, Nest thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors, and an Amazon Alexa in every room. The open space living room is perfect to lounge on the sectional leather sofa and watch a movie or have a quiet game night.
Steps outside the front door, enjoy the barbeque grill and picnic table for a fresh meal, or relax in one of the two fire pit areas. It is an ideal location for entertaining and spending time in the outdoors among nature. The front patio includes two chairs and a bench, perfect for watching guests enjoy the front yard space and relaxing with an evening glass of wine.
